This 30-day journal is for anyone in the thick of something (illness, jobless, divorce, grief, heartbreak).
I created it for myself for use at the hospital when I stayed with my daughter -- which typically was for weeks at a time. Because I would often forget to eat, or forget to "check in" on myself, I kept a notebook (a nothing-fancy, spiral-bound notebook!) where I would keep track of myself and how I was feeling.
Eventually, I decided to create something "beautiful"-- a beautiful journal that ultimately serves not only as a centering practice on its own, but it reminds the journaler to remain grateful for it all.
