Although we approach our minds, bodies, and spirits as separate entities or aspects of ourselves, in truth they are just "one"-- one unified whole.
Affirmations are especially useful when we need assistance to focus our minds and bring coherence back to our body. Anytime we feel anxiety this is our body "yelling" at us to come back to center, to breathe, and to re-align with our own highest truth.
When we affirm the best in ourselves, we transform and expand our own mentality. Anxiety is reduced, we gain clarity, and this changes what we see, and perceive, and therefore what is possible for our lives.
